What we sell

Who we are
ElephTV South Africa is a small, South African-run reseller of ElephTV activation codes. We are not a call centre and we are not an overseas operation with a local phone number. When you message us on WhatsApp during support hours, you are talking to the same people who dispatched your code.
What “authorised reseller” means
We are authorised to sell and support activation codes for the ElephTV streaming app. Our stock of codes comes from the platform operator, we allocate a code to your order, and we handle your renewals and support locally. Being a reseller means our job is sales, delivery and support — not the platform itself.
What we do
- Sell prepaid activation codes for the ElephTV Android app, from R120/month.
- Auto-dispatch your code by WhatsApp or email after a successful Paystack payment.
- Help you install on supported Android TVs, TV boxes, Firesticks, phones and tablets.
- Handle renewals, replacements for faulty codes, and device troubleshooting.
What we do not do
We do not host, stream, encode, upload or distribute any television content. We do not control which channels or on-demand titles appear in the app, and availability can change over time. If you buy a paid subscription inside the app instead of on elephtv.store, we cannot support or renew it — paid activation codes must be bought from elephtv.store if you want our WhatsApp support and renewals.

Are you the same as the ElephTV app?+
No. The app is the streaming player. We are the South African reseller that sells activation codes for it and supports you locally.
Why should I buy from elephtv.store instead of inside the app?+
Codes bought here come with human WhatsApp support, WhatsApp or email delivery, renewal reminders and free replacement of faulty codes. An in-app paid subscription cannot be supported or renewed by us.

Do you offer refunds?+
Digital activation codes are non-refundable once issued. If a code is faulty or stops working during its paid period because of a provider-side fault, we will replace it free of charge.
