If you received your code by email, you can copy it directly from the message and paste it into the ElephTV app — this avoids typos with similar-looking characters like O and 0. On your Android TV, use the remote's text input or connect a USB keyboard for easier entry.

- Select Redeem Center.
- Enter your 16-digit activation code carefully.
- Tap Confirm.
You'll see a confirmation message and your subscription will be active immediately. The app will show your plan duration and expiry date.

Each activation code is tied to a single ElephTV account. You can install the ElephTV app on multiple Android devices (TV, phone, tablet) and log in with the same account — but the subscription is linked to your account, not individual devices. You cannot split one code across different accounts.

- Watch out for similar characters:

- If it still doesn't work, WhatsApp us with a screenshot of the code and we'll verify it for you.

After redeeming your code, open the ElephTV app and tap Profile → Redeem Center. You should see your subscription status as Active, along with your plan name and expiry date. If it shows Expired or Inactive, your code may not have been applied successfully — try redeeming it again or contact us.

Activation codes are single-use. If you see a message saying the code was already redeemed, it may mean you accidentally entered it before, or there's a rare system glitch. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the full code — we'll verify it in our system and issue a replacement if necessary.
