When exactly does the R10 land?+
The instant your friend's paid activation code is delivered. You'll see the ledger entry live under Account → Referrals.
Can I refer myself with a second account?+
No — we detect duplicate email/WhatsApp signups and merge them, so self-referrals don't credit. It keeps the programme fair.
What if my friend buys a 6- or 12-month plan?+
You still get R10 — one per new customer, no matter how big their first order. It's a thank-you for the introduction, not a commission.
Can I use my wallet on any plan?+
Yes. It applies against Basic, Extended and any multi-month plan at checkout, up to the order total.
Is there a limit?+
No cap on referrals. Genuinely: refer 50 friends, get R500 off. We only draw the line at duplicate accounts and refunded orders.
