An ElephTV activation code is a 16-digit alphanumeric code that unlocks your subscription inside the ElephTV app. It follows this format:

1. Open the ElephTV app on your Android device.
2. Tap Profile on the home screen.
3. Select Redeem Center.
4. Enter your 16-digit activation code carefully.
5. Tap Confirm.

You'll see a confirmation message and your subscription will be active immediately. The app will show your plan duration and expiry date.

Yes. You receive one activation code, but Standard and Premium plans support multiple devices. Activate the code on your first device, then go to Profile → Account Management in the app and bind your account by email, phone number or Google account.

Verify the OTP we send you, set a password, then sign in with the same details on your other devices. Standard = 2 devices, Premium = 4 devices. All logged-in devices can watch at the same time.

1. Double-check you entered all 16 characters correctly.
2. Make sure you included the dashes (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
3. Watch out for similar characters: O vs 0, I vs 1, l vs 1.
4. Ensure you are entering the code in the Redeem Center section, not the login screen.
5. If it still doesn't work, WhatsApp us with a screenshot of the code and we'll verify it for you.

After redeeming your code, open the ElephTV app and tap Profile → Redeem Center. You should see your subscription status as Active, along with your plan name and expiry date. If it shows Expired or Inactive, your code may not have been applied successfully — try redeeming it again or contact us.

Activation codes are single-use. If you see a message saying the code was already redeemed, it may mean you accidentally entered it before, or there's a rare system glitch. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the full code — we'll verify it in our system and issue a replacement if necessary.

2. Check that your device has a stable internet connection.
3. Make sure your ElephTV app is updated to the latest version.
4. Try redeeming the code again — your account may have already been activated.
5. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app, then log in and check your subscription status.

Code delivery is automatic — usually within 2 minutes of payment confirmation. During high-traffic periods (weekends, holidays, major sporting events) it may take a little longer. You'll receive your code on WhatsApp or email automatically.

Digital activation codes are non-refundable once issued. If a code is faulty or stops working during its paid period because of a provider-side fault, we will replace it free of charge. The ElephTV app is built as a native Android application. iPhone, iPad, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS run on different operating systems with closed app stores, so the same app can't be installed there directly. The simplest workaround is a small Android TV box plugged into your HDMI input — once it's connected, the app installs and runs normally.

Important: don't tap "Sign up" inside the app, even if it prompts you — in-app sign-ups go to a third-party provider we can't support or issue codes for.

Unfortunately no — payments made through the "Sign up" or "Subscribe" button inside the ElephTV app go to a third-party provider overseas, not to us. We can't see those payments, refund them, or issue a code for them.
